During this session, we will do an introduction workout which follows the basic style of workout we follow each day. This will get you comfortable for when you do join our daily classes, you'll know exactly what to do and where to go, and not feel nervous or embarrassed.
It will be shortened in comparison to a real class, just so we can fit in explanations of everything we need to cover.
At the end of the workout, we will then explain our membership options and what comes with them, like: weight loss nutrition guide, 24 - hour access, free childcare, and more.
Hopefully this gives you confidence in moving forward with us when it comes to your health and fitness!
Because remember, if that is your goal, to lose weight and get in better shape, this is the place for you. We don't care about how much you can squat or bench, how fast you are, or how big your muscles are. You living a healthy and happy life is our goal for you.
